Terms of Service

Daily Trading Tips publishes educational content about XAUUSD and other markets, including signal ideas, market analysis, video content, and trading tools. We also operate Telegram channels, an introducing-broker (IB) partnership network with cashback, and an optional Premium tier with curated VIP entries.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade margined instruments in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming both.

A Hub account is free to create. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Sharing account access with another person, automating scraping of our content, or attempting to enumerate other users will result in termination.

Everything we publish — signals, analysis, courses, tools — is educational. We are not a regulated investment advisor. Read our Risk Disclaimer in full. By using the service you accept that decisions to trade, how to size, and when to exit are entirely yours.

Premium membership unlocks access to the premium Telegram group, curated desk signals, and (when launched) the indicator suite. Two paths qualify:

• Trade via IB — open + fund + trade a broker account through our IB link at a minimum monthly volume disclosed in the Brokers page. Premium is granted automatically once volume posts to our IB dashboard.
• Subscribe — pay the published subscription fee (currently $99/month) via the payment rails we list. Premium is granted within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Premium does not roll over between months — qualifying volume must be met each month to retain IB-path Premium. Subscription Premium remains active while your subscription is current.

We may revoke Premium for chronic non-payment, broker tag loss, ToS violation, or abuse of the channel.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellations stop the next billing cycle; we do not pro-rate refunds for partially consumed months. Exceptional refund requests (duplicate charges, billing errors) are handled case-by-case via DM to @FxprotipsAssistant.

IB rebates are paid in cash or trading credit per the schedule published on the Brokers page. Tier and payout depend on broker report timing and accuracy. We rely on third-party broker reports — if a broker fails to attribute your volume to our IB tag, we will assist in raising the dispute but cannot guarantee resolution.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or rebrand our signals or content.
• Scrape the Hub or our Telegram channels at automated rates.
• Spam, harass, or impersonate other members or staff in any channel under our control.
• Reverse-engineer the indicator suite, scripts, or proprietary code we publish.
• Use the service to violate any law applicable to you.

All content on Daily Trading Tips — signals, analysis, articles, videos, scripts, designs, and indicators — is our copyright unless otherwise marked. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own trading. Commercial use, republishing, or training of any AI/ML system on our content requires written permission.

Links to brokers, payment processors, Telegram, YouTube, copy-trade providers, and similar third parties are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you interact with them. We are not responsible for any action, outage, or change on their platforms.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trades missed, signals delayed, or broker outages. Our total aggregate liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim (or zero, if you never paid).

You may close your account at any time by DMing our support bot. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for material breach of these terms or where required by law. On termination, your Premium access ends immediately and unpaid rebate balances will be paid out within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts of Hanoi, except where local consumer law grants you a right that cannot be contracted away.

We may update these terms. Material changes are posted here and (where the change is material) emailed to registered members 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
