Risk Disclaimer

Read this before placing a trade based on anything you find on Daily Trading Tips. If you don't accept these terms, do not act on our content.

1. Trading is high-risk

Trading gold (XAUUSD), forex, indices, and other margined instruments carries a substantial risk of loss. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. You can lose more than your initial deposit. A material percentage of retail accounts close in loss within their first year.

Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely. Trading is not a substitute for income — treat any profit as a windfall and any loss as expected.

2. Signals are educational, not advice

Every signal, market analysis, video, or written note published by Daily Trading Tips — on this website, on YouTube, in our Telegram channels, or anywhere else — is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we publish constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

We are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or regulated financial professionals in any jurisdiction. You should consult a qualified, regulated advisor before making any financial decision.

3. Past performance is not future results

We publish a track record of historical signals — including verified win rate and pip totals — for transparency. Past results, simulated or actual, do not guarantee future performance. Market conditions change, our strategy can fail, and a streak of losses is statistically inevitable over any sufficient sample size.

4. Your trades are your responsibility

Whether you act on our signals manually, through our copy-trade partnership, or by inference from our content, the decision to enter, exit, size, or modify any trade is entirely yours. Daily Trading Tips accepts no liability for any loss, missed profit, slippage, requote, broker outage, swap charge, or other cost or consequence arising from your trading activity.

You are also solely responsible for compliance with the trading regulations of your country of residence and tax jurisdiction.

5. Broker / IB relationships

Daily Trading Tips operates as an introducing broker (IB) with several third-party brokers. We may receive a commission or rebate from broker partners when you open an account through our link or referral code. This does not increase your trading costs — spreads and commissions remain the same as signing up directly.

We disclose IB relationships in good faith but make no warranty about the broker's solvency, execution quality, regulatory standing, or treatment of your funds. Do your own due diligence before depositing.

6. No guaranteed access or uptime

Signals, the Hub website, the Telegram channels, and any push notifications are provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed uptime or delivery. Latency, outages, or failures of third-party infrastructure (Telegram, Netlify, Supabase, Vantage, your broker) can delay or prevent signal delivery. Build redundancy into your process if a missed signal would materially affect you.

7. No retroactive guarantees

We reserve the right to modify signals, take-profits, stop-losses, or close trades early as market conditions evolve. The signal you see at the moment of execution may differ from a version posted earlier or referenced elsewhere. Always check the live channel for the latest state before acting.

8. Jurisdictional restrictions

Our services may not be lawful or appropriate in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for determining whether participation is permitted in your country. If your jurisdiction prohibits margin trading or the use of foreign brokers, do not act on our content.

9. Updates to this disclaimer

We may update this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the last revision.
